Companies will have to provide a safe and secure work environment, communicating with their workforce transparently to build trust.

The old business practices are no more applicable nowadays. Companies should not reopen by reverting to old ways. The reopening is an opportunity to create a better future for employees and customers. Transform the organization with slow but sustainable changes in various business functions and practices starting from HR, Technology, Product basket, Marketing, customer service, etc.
