Validity of Udhyog Aadhar extended till 31.3.2022 , New notification released /ઉદ્યોગઆધાર અને EM-part-II ની વેલિડિટી તારીખ ૩૧ માર્ચ ,૨૦૨૨ સુધી લંબાવવામાં આવી




Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), vide Gazette Notification no. CG-DL-E-19012022-232763 dated 19.01.2022 has amended the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2119 (E), dated 26th June 26, 2020. Ministry has extended the validity date of existing enterprises registered before 30th June 30, 2020.

 Under this notification, all enterprises registered under EM-part II or UAM (Udhayog Adhar Memorandum) shall be valid until 31st March 31, 2022. After this date, Udhyam registration shall be the only valid registration for MSME.

 

મિનિસ્ટ્રી ઓફ માઇક્રો સ્માલ અને મીડીયમ એન્ટરપ્રાઇઝ દ્વારા નોટિફિકેશન નંબર : CG-DL-E-19012022-232763 dated 19.01.2022 , અંતર્ગત ઉદ્યોગઆધાર અને EM-part-II ની વેલિડિટી તારીખ ૩૧ માર્ચ ,૨૦૨૨ સુધી લંબાવવામાં આવી છે. તેના પછી તે બધી જ એન્ટરપ્રાઇઝ જે 30th June 30, ૨૦૨૦ પહેલાં UAM (Udhyog aadhar memorandum) અથવા EM-part-II અંતર્ગત રજીસ્ટર થયેલ છે તેમને ફરજીયાત ઉદ્યમ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.
